Jimmy John Lopez, 40, died from a stab wound to the leg April 5 during a fight in the front room of his apartment in the 1200 block of South Roberts street near Sanborn Elementary School. The man who stabbed him was injured during the fight but survived and was no-billed by a Potter County grand jury
