Amarillo vacant home fire causes $10k of damage

Nobody was inside when the fire sparked, and nobody was injured. (KVII)
Amarillo fire crews were at the scene of a house fire early Friday morning at 710 Browning Street.
The time of the fire was about 1:45 a.m.
When they got to the scene, they found smoke coming from the front porch of a vacant home. After making entry, they determined that no one was inside the home and there were no injuries.
The fire was brought under control around 1:57 a.m. Around $10,000 of damage was caused. The fire marshal's office is investigating the cause of the blaze.
