Jose Manuel Ibarra, 41, was found dead inside a northeast Amarillo residence on November 15, 2022.^[1]

Police responded to the 1600 block of North Highland Street at approximately 9:18 p.m. Authorities described the death as an apparent homicide but did not publicly disclose Ibarra’s injuries or cause of death.^[2]
